Reports Report 159u (Event 159-2015)

Observer
Name Ann M
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks This was different from any meteor I have ever seen. It was very bright with a glowing tail. It was very brief but burned into my memory forever. The color is what caught my attention and I was lucky I was looking in the right direction. It was a very bright yellow with an orange glow around the edges and the tail seemed to sparkle. It lasted about a second and a half It was not a long fireball but short lived, larger in size than any meteor I have ever seen and hundreds of times brighter. There is no doubt in my mind that it was a fireball. So cool.
