It had a definite tail. I saw the hale bopp comet a long time ago and this was much more impressive. To us it was low in the sky helicopter height.

it was bright white but I thought it had a greenish color too. there was a noticeable tail. when Ifirst saw it I thought it was fireworks. I saw it 2-3 seconds.
