Reports Report 3638afr (Event 3638-2014)

Observer
Name Nicole K
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks It was easily noticeable and could have been confused as a fizzling out firework by the time I saw it. My husband was driving, and I was like, "Wow, did you see that?!" because it happened so fast and fizzled out when I saw it. He missed it because his eyes were on the road.
