| Remarks | I've seen meteor showers before, but none of the meteors were this large or seemingly this close. I've never seen one this bright and dazzling before. It was about 1000 times larger than the small "shooting stars" I've seen. They were like a pencil point with a small, long, and long-lasting streak, whereas this one was like a basketball, by comparison! My 17-year-old son saw it too, and we agree that it was the most magnificent thing we've ever seen in our lives! |

| Remarks | Trees were obscuring my view, and I was driving, so I thought it was an airplane. But it got much brighter and bigger. It seemed to grow brighter as it traveled downward. |

| Remarks | It almost looked like one lone firework, but much bigger and brighter, and farther away. It was silver-white, almost like magnesium. It started out as a single light, but then gained a massive sparkling trail above/behind it. There were abundant smaller sparkling particles that seemed to fizzle out, following behind it in its path. Their light diminished quicker that the fireball or meteor. They glittered/dazzled/sparkled as they fell, and faded out. |
