Reports Report 2908oj (Event 2908-2014)

Observer
Name Sarah B
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It's hard to "fill in the blank" and use the arrows accurately but what I saw appeared suddenly about 3/4 of the way up in the sky, arced and trailed down to the right until it dissipated from my view about 2/3 of the way down from it's arced peak... tadpole-ish in shape in that it was more narrow as it burned out than it was when I first saw it... it appeared so suddenly it startled me to the point I stopped short and ducked a little... I thought for a moment it was a shooting star but the trajectory was wrong so I chalked it up to it being a flare even though it was blue-ish in color, rather than reddish.
