| Remarks | This was the single most amazing meteor sighting myself and my friend, who is also an amateur astronomer, have ever seen. The flaming trail was approximately 6" long measured at arms length and I've never seen a meteor fly across the sky horizontally like this for more than a second or two, whereas this object was visible for nearly as long as an IIS sighting. It was AWESOME!! |
