I initially saw a blast which looked like an explosion and the 2 separate trails of fire continued beyond the horizon. The trails from front were larger in size to the rear being smaller. from my visual acuity, the trails appeared to be about 3 inches long.

I saw a flash and then it fragmented into 2 separate pieces and continued in a downward movement with the 2 pieces moving farther apart from each other approximately at the same speed.
