I was out doing astrophotography and was talking to a friend and turned to see a bright flash that quickly faded out like a lightbulb cooling down. It was directly below casseopeia sometime between 9:00 and 10:30. It was viewed from cataract falls in owen county indiana. I never heard any sounds and never saw any streaks or trailing.
