Remarks	I observed this meteor while talking on the phone outside. The time reported is an estimate. It occurred during the phone conversation. The conversation lasted from 9 PM until 10:40 PM EST. I also reported an earlier occurring meteor the same night of September 23. However, I mistakenly reported it as having occurred at 9:45 AM instead of 9:45 PM. The correct military time for that occurrence would have been approximately 21:45 hrs.
