Remarks There have been a very high number of active sighting in my particular suburban area this year than normal. This last sighting has been the largest I have whitnessed this year so far, and my total sightings I have witnessed have been a total of 6 individual events, all within the last 3 months. These events have been very easy too spot and whitness because of the low density of city lights where I live. I live exactly 1 and a half miles off the coast of lake michigan in the little town of Oostburg Wisconsin. Every sighting I have whitnessed so far, has been sighted in the same exact location over lake michigan, facing east. Each event has been whitnessed flying from what looks to have been comming from a southernmost location flying north but seen in the east, meaning I am west of whatever is flying through the sky. I have seen every event from as close too the lake as possible, standing on the beach doing night fishing, to driving on highway 57 headed north from Fredonia about 7-8 miles away from the coast and still have been able to easly see them from such a greater distance away. The event is fairly easy too spot and a person does not necessarily have too be lucky and facing the direction at the time of the event. A very bright light almost as bright and intense as a bolt of lighting will normally fill about one third of the sky, allowing you too accuratly and quickly catch the direction of whats happening. When you first spot these objects, the first noticiable trait is a very bright light flash followed by the breakup of what seems too look like a tail breaking into many individual pieces. The head/front of the object glows and seems to be burning with orange and redish color. The tail of the object that is breaking up is a different color wich I would expect to be because of a temperature difference, but the tail is white and blue in color and sometimes turn too a very light green color before it looks to burn out completely and fade away. The entire sighting itself lasts only a few seconds. The longest duration of any recent sighting I have whitnessed this year was about within the 5-6 second range. No sighting i have whitnessed have ever been followed by any sonic booms, or loud explosions that I have heard. Most of my sightings have been while driving so I cannot say there wasnt any sounds during those particular sightings. However while I am standing on the beach fishing at night, besides the normal sounds from waves on lake michigan crashing, during two separate instances on each I never heard a sound from these objects. I hope this helps in anyways, and if anyone woukd like too followuo for more detailed information feel free too contact me via by telephone or email. Thanks james...
