Remarks | I have never seen a meteor of this size, length or beauty in my entire life. (I'm 38 and I like to look at meteor showers when I can.) I was in a car with the windows up so there may have been sound but I didn't hear it. At the beginning I thought I was seeing a firework but it had the straightness and tail afterglow of a meteor which I have seen before in meteor shower observing. At the end of the meteor it broke up into pieces, it was so truly amazing and I will never forget this! |
