| Remarks | I was loading my kids into the car after a concert in the park and a flash in the sky caught my eye. When I looked up I saw what looked like meteor splintering off into two pieces and then disappearing behind the trees. I thought it was just me that saw it. I asked people around me if they had seen it and they all said no. So I started think it was just fireworks...but it's not the time of year for fireworks, and we were in the city. So I came home and searched for news reports but found nothing. I even checked this site that night, but nothing. So I thought I was going crazy until on a whim I came back here and checked again and saw all the reports. So I feel honored to share my experience too. |
