| Remarks | We were paddling a canoe in Bellingham Bay after sunset, about 1/4-mile offshore out from Boulevard Park/Taylor Avenue Dock. We've never seen anything like it, wondered if it was a satellite re-entering the atmosphere. Saw the news reports today on Twitter, glad to participate in reporting it. |
