Remarks I really thought it was a Roman candle, I was sitting back at the camp fire facing west, it caught my eye between some trees and our cabin, it was so BRIGHT and very green, with a trail behind it, came form west and looked to be going almost straight down, three other people were at the fire with me, and I stood up and yelled "Look" , then I expected to hear or see something more, I watch a lot of meteor showers as we spend every weekend all summer at Lake Cushman the past 23 years, never at my cabin have I seen a meteor, usually we walk down to lake a lay on dock. But this was huge and glowing green, with a white/off white trail. I will remember it for the rest of my life. Even my 3 friends that were with me commented on my immediate reaction! I startled them with my shouting of "Look" and I jumped up and pointed. First time I have ever reported anything. I thought not much more of it, until I saw reports on Facebook. It was really BIG, beautiful really.
