Remarks | I saw it in the sky as I was driving down HWY 87. It was as I was heading in the direction of the Fayetteville airport so I thought the sparks were possibly an airplane blowing up, then the sparks stopped and happened again then I saw a glowing fireball and it headed down toward the ground. It was still very far away in the distance, over the tree line. I pulled off onto the Owen drive exit because I was so upset thinking I had seen an airplane exploding in the sky. I drove to the airport but nothing was going on there so I headed home. |
