| Remarks | It was the strangest thing I've had the pleasure of seeing. I live in an area rich with strange lights and flying things (2 military installations nearby, and visual range to Vandenberg). I've never seen anything as bazaar as this! |

| Remarks | It didn't appear to move up or down, left or right. It seemed stationary to me. When it disappeared, it vanished immediately leaving what looked like a small cloud for about 20 seconds, which then also vanished in an instant. |
