Remarks | I was tinkeing with a telescope and looking up for the star Deneb, near Zenith, when the meteor entered my field of view. After the burst the remaining fragement faded from sight very close to the star Alkaid. My field of view was restricted by a large tree and house to a wedge that starts a little south of zenith to the northeast. |

Remarks | The trail was looked very similar to a what a jet con trail including the ripples that form with time. It was bright white and broad until the fireball broke into several pieces. A thin trail was seen with the surviving single piece. |

Fragmentation | |

Observation | Yes |
Remarks | The meteor appeared to be break up as it was rotating or tumbling which appeared slow compared to the speed of the burst when the pieces flew apart. The trail also grew wider with this progression until the burst. One fragement remained visible and continued for a few more seconds in an erratic path until fading out. |
