Name | Ian W |
Experience Level | 3/5 |
Remarks | The first I saw it, it was already as bright as the landing light of an airliner at 10,000 AGL The brightness increased very rapidly to the explosive moment when it was like the flash of an explosive or flash camera ... a little longer than instantaneous. Viewed from a location with nearby or town lights. Clear sky. No haze. No significant humidity. Crystal clear half moon behind me. Waited 3-4 minutes for associated sound. Heard nothing. |
