Remarks I was traveling on the interstate and had enough time to pull to the shoulder and stop from 75mph after I realized what it was and watch it for a small time... it was a dull blue at first like a contrail illuminated by the moon. but got brighter and began to fragment into several peices.. toward the end as it continued east of me it changed to an almost orange color as it pulsed out and then faded away..

Remarks Glowing light blue to almost white.. Thought it was a trail from a jet glowing from the moon until it started to fragment into multiple pieces and grow brighter.
