Remarks | I have never seen anything like this. I've seen shooting stars in meteor showers but when I saw this, it was AT MOST 200 feet off the ground. I was driving south on I20/I59 where they split off and missed the exit for 20; about 5 seconds later my wife shouted about it, I looked and saw this giant fireball with a really long tail and within a few seconds the fireball was "out". I don't know if that means that the object burned up or if it went out and crashed but it was the most amazing thing I've ever seen. Wish I would have caught it on camera. |
