Reports Report 1878k (Event 1878-2014)

Observer
Name Anita H
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks The meteorite/fireball moved quite slowly, was huge (about half as wide as the full moon), and very diffuse/fuzzy, presumably because it was visible through overcast. I was with a friend who saw it first and turned me around to observe it, and still I witnessed it for about 2 seconds. Together we estimated that her sighting lasted between 4 – 5 seconds. The height at first sighting was where she indicated first seeing it. It did move from upper right to lower left, but in a more vertical direction than the diagram.
