Remarks | Appeared just right and half a degree lower than Saturn, to the left of Spica, rose vertically to slightly lower than Mars. There was another "shooting star" about 3 minutes earlier, a white line crossing less than 1º of sky, about 185º, right of Mars. The time is simply a guess. We were outside using a Celestron C9.25 telescope, and I did not check the time. |
