Reports Report 1384k (Event 1384-2014)

Observer
Name Louis P
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks This was an amazing experience in which I had no others with me at the time who were able to witness it. The neon blue was spherical and large, like the size of a nickel in the sky held by your fingertips above shooting at a fast pace right over me. Unfortanetly, I had cloud coverage but the clouds created a large blue halo that illuminated the sky for a brief second. What a moment, I just wish someone else with me had seen it.
