Remarks | This object suddenly appeared in the South-Eastern sky over Cape Cod. It had a very short trajectory, moving West to East as it brightened and grew in diameter. It was a big object with a short "tail," and passed very low in the sky. It glowed greenish white, and grew brighter over 3 or 4 seconds, until it suddenly had an intense burst, with a very small fragmentation, and then disappeared. |
