Remarks | This was the longest duration meteor I have ever witnessed. It passed overhead only about 10 degrees from zenith and went from treeline to treeline, traversing almost the entire sky above my wife and I. We waited about two minutes to listen for any sounds but didn't notice any. To be fair, it was windy so I may have missed it. |
