Reports Report 1127av (Event 1127-2014)

Observer
Name Dennis P
Experience Level 5/5
Remarks horizontal trajectory N of me - spanned about 40 deg in 5 sec at about 20 deg elev - not huge but bright trail (not persistent trail due to Cocoa Beach and Atlas launch lights) - but did see long trail behind the meteroid - figure 15 deg - very strange - looked like over Jax landing in AL or MS - did not see it skip back up but it did go down, up and down - have never, ever seen a skipper like that - since it was very orange it could have been very high with the orange due to atmosphere and maybe this was a 100 m object hitting Canada :^) (thanks for the sight)
