| Remarks | I thought this meteor was much closer by the straight line downward trajectory I saw. I marked as best as possible with a cell phone GPS Lat 43 57 34.7 Long -78 41 28.3 approx heading 75E. I could probably get a better heading with a good compass as I know exactly where I was sitting and how it lined up with a vertical stile in my living room window. I think the point of origin you show is about right, but your end point is too far south. Just my opinion, I'm a former land surveyor so I tend to mentally reference or mark points and straight lines. Call me if I can be of any further assistance. Dan |
