at first I thought some people who were having a party on my street set off a model rocket. I asked around and nobody set any fireworks or model rockets off. Besides that the trajectory and burn pattern was not typical for a model rocket. Then I realized what I had seen. It was extremely bright..like an arc welder. It was spectacular.
