Remarks | I was driving east on Taunton Road, with all windows closed, air con and sound system on. Can't hear or feel anything from my car but the fireball was directly in front of my line of sight thru the windshield. It was spectacular. Thought someone was testing fireworks prior to the upcoming Victoria Day long weekend, but it looked like a firework that can go way higher than anything we can buy from a shop. Then I learned on the news tonight that there were meteor sightings throughout Greater Toronto Area and the reported sightings had been in similar area. |
