The angel of travel with respect to the horizon was very steep ( ~ 45 degrees) at first I thought I was seeing a plane crash. (This is my second report of the same event. For some reason the first one was missing important directional information)

Saw two closely spaced streaks. Shorter one below the longer one (The ends were lined up in the direction of travel and both streaks dissipated at the same time.
