Remarks | I have seen many meteors but this one was different, bigger, like a bright white ball, had a longer train and lasted longer. It surprised me. It didn't apprear to explode, it just ceased to be there. No partial cloud cover, just a clear night with a quarter moon overhead. The object was moving from east to west. I was facing west at the time. I am approximating the time at 21:30 and sorry I didn't look at the clock immediately. The thing was so bright that it kind of amazed me. I have been watching the sky for years and this was different from a normal meteor and lasted longer. |
