| Remarks | I am a Navy pilot flying in an E-2 Hawkeye at 10,000 ft approximately over Pinetown, NC on a heading of 012. I saw the meteor at 35 degrees above the horizon, ending at about 30 degrees. The fireball lasted about 4 seconds with a 2-3 degree elevation of the trail. |
