We were walking home from the restaurant close to our house after my birthday dinner. It was roughly 11:20pm EST. As we were walking we saw a bright ball/streak fly across the sky and it was green in colour. We were walking east and it was just under the middle of directly above our heads. So just under half way up the horizon. I never seen something like it. i have seen shooting stars before but they were white and small shooting across the sky. This seemed bigger and different in colour. My grandmother passed the same day i saw this. I almost take it as a sign she has arrived in heaven safely. I feel comfort in thinking this. I would like to hear of any other reports. Thank you
