| Remarks | I was driving south on UT-24 just south of I-70 at approximately 3:45 am on 7/3/26 when I saw a small bright object to the SSW. The object was close to the horizon and moved east (left in my field of view) at a shallow angle and a very high rate of speed. It was visible for a very brief period--to the extent I doubt I'd have noticed it except that it was very bright against the sky. There was no skyglow near the horizon, so the object showed up quite well against the sky, despite the light from the moon. |
