| Remarks | I was watching/filming the launch of the Leo rocket across Tampa Bay. I was looking through my screen and saw the fireball out of the corner of my eye, up high and to my left. My friend was looking down and only saw the reflection of the fireball on the wet exposed bed of low tide. It came quite low. My impression was it had a short trail, very bright white tail with blue closest to a reddish leading edge. In trying to track it I lost the moment it winked out. So no sound but weirdly the strong breeze stopped briefly right before it appeared. This is my 3rd fireball sighting! |
