| Remarks | We live rurally and watch the stars every night, we have seen plenty of meteor showers, shooting stars, satellites, we have seen spacex launches and everything in between. I have NEVER seen one so large and bright with the green ball, that’s what made it so striking. My husband and a neighbor were standing there with me but facing away from it and I saw it behind them and it lasted long enough for me to react and tell them to turn around. They even briefly saw it before it burnt out which is so rare with any type of shooting star so I knew it had to be something different! |
