Mainly seen from inside attic room window. Whole room lit up electrical blue colour and then faded out over 3-5 seconds. Wasn’t watching for anything at the time just the room lit up and by the time I looked out the window and observed it was over and faded. Spotted from Irish countryside. No lights or electricity poles nearby and skys were clear with patchy clouds so no chance of lightning.
