Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks I was driving and looking straight ahead and I saw the bright light, it looked like a flash and then a second smaller one with a smoke trail. It was low enough (my perspective) that I considered for a second that a drone exploded but the speed of it was too fast. I thought it was odd since it was light out, and sort of looked like a fire ball. It reminded me of a willow firework but high speed.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks So after the first flash it did a “skip” flashed again but you could see the smoke trail, kind of like a shooting star but instead it was ball that was on fire. It disappeared really quick. I didn’t hear a sound either, which i expected since it looked like it was aimed towards the ground. I marked the spot on the map thinking someone was going to find a meteor in that town next to the highway (it didn’t look far away at all)
