Remarks I can confidently say that the even this morning was not a normal site here. At the initial sighting it was very bright, like I said I thought it was the moon shining through a cloud bank, but as I traveled south on Montview I could see that the moon wasn't as bright and was crescent. It traveled NE away from the moon but was slightly higher on the horizon than the moon when first sighted headed towards horizon line where it turned orange/red. I grew up with a father that ran a planetarium and have never seen something like this before. Wasn't mechanical believe it was a bolide perhaps, a very eventful. Don't run with my phone which is unfortunate and at same time not. Very memorable experience. Hope this helps.
