| Remarks | I can confidently say that the even this morning was not a normal site here. At the initial sighting it was very bright, like I said I thought it was the moon shining through a cloud bank, but as I traveled south on Montview I could see that the moon wasn't as bright and was crescent. It traveled NE away from the moon but was slightly higher on the horizon than the moon when first sighted headed towards horizon line where it turned orange/red. I grew up with a father that ran a planetarium and have never seen something like this before. Wasn't mechanical believe it was a bolide perhaps, a very eventful. Don't run with my phone which is unfortunate and at same time not. Very memorable experience. Hope this helps. |

| Remarks | large round head that tailed off at like 45 on either side of rear. by time I ran across Asheville Hwy it was totally dissipated. Bright white center of bubble almost like a spot light in smoke field, larger than planet but crescent moon was out and to the right. Was in the East traveling North, before sunrise. Object absolutely went to orange and burned out |
