Reports Report 2685fa (Event 2685-2026)

Observer
Name Adam E
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks While driving, I looked out over a dark field ahead and saw a very bright white streak in the sky that initially appeared thin and relatively close, seeming low and not far away. It quickly became thicker and extremely bright, similar to the core of a sparkler, with visible sparks. It appeared to descend toward the ground in the distance, giving the impression it might impact. Just before reaching the horizon, it suddenly disappeared. The remaining trail then turned into faint orange sparkles and faded within a couple of seconds. No sound was heard from inside the vehicle.
