it caught my attention very early in the morning when i am not usually up. i may have heard a noise that woke me up and i went from the bedroom into the adjoining bathroom and that is when it flashed a light and i looked up out the high window and saw it yellow orange ball and then a bright white streak behind it. i thought it looked like a missile (?) and actually waited to see if i heard an explosion when it landed. i did not. i remember thinking "what the hell was that ?" I enjoyed the experience, though. I sent an e-mail to my local WBBJ weather person that morning to ask if anyone else reported it. I got no response.
