| Remarks | Yes! I live and work at NASA’s wallops flight facility (I specialize in documentation—not a scientist!) and was sitting on my front porch hoping to catch the rocket launch for which I knew the window but not exact launch time. I was facing wallops over Chincoteague when I saw the fireball. My neighbor witnessed it as well. Just a few seconds after we lost view behind a large pine tree in my front yard, the rocket launch became visible directly above and slightly behind the direction we were standing. Unless secret of CUI, that was not part of theMission launched at the same exact time. |
