Remarks I live near BWI and am extremely familiar with seeing aircraft. I’ve never seen a ball of fire appear from the middle of the sky and head straight towards me and fizzle out in a trail of smoke.

Remarks As the fireball was dimming, it was leaving behind a white smoky trail behind it, and when I couldn’t see the fireball anymore, I still saw what looked like a trail of smoke extending to the left. It curved to the left, the whole thing started coming straight towards my direction straight on, but trailed off in a smoky line that curved to the left (only have video of the smoke trail and how long it lasted)
