Remarks I know degrees of angle for perspective are important, to clarify for vantage point, my car's directional compass stated W,NW. This was at roughly a 5 - 5.25 ft view point off the ground as I was in my car. The event was seen above tall tree's (roughly .25 to .5 miles ahead of me) in the distance.
