| Remarks | It looked similar to when the space shuttle burned up over Texas, except it was going much, much faster--fast as a meteor (Not orbital velocity of 17,000 miles an hour). The meteor was very bright, but it was still daylight out and it fragmented into multiple pieces before it all burned up right over Volcan Baru from our point of view. We both saw it . |
