Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks appeared as a mostly white light, and after a couple seconds glowed very bright green or yellow, before fading again, and disappearing half a second later. It looked almost like a firework at first, before the flash, but the way it was moving would have been impossible to achieve with just a firework; it was moving across the horizon too fast.
