Reports Report 12r (Event 12-2026)

Observer
Name Ashden N
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was actually driving when I saw this. I can pretty definitely say it lasted 5-6 secs, but I couldn't give full attention to know if there was a terminal flash. Also, being inside a car, I can't account for any associated noises.
