It was seen while driving. It started off as a dim white-ish dot that slowly streaked across the sky leaving a meteor-like trail. Over the course of a few seconds, it grew in brightness and shifted to a bright green hue as it travelled before abruptly disappearing. I could not hear it as I was listening to music while driving.
