Looked up if a meteor shower was occurring around Missouri and found the Geminid Shower. Extremely clear cold night and just happened to see it while I was driving because it happened low on the horizon and was so bright. Never seen anything like it. Beautiful. Saw a fireball in Croatia for the Brominid(?) Shower back in June for the first time. That was my first actual shooting star. I got it tattooed.
