Reports Report 9816a (Event 9816-2025)

Observer
Name Grant W
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I was driving around the city viewing Christmas lights. After turn north onto a street an incredible blue streak shot across the sky from east to west. It was very brief and ended brightly, but not so bright that I'd have considered it a terminal flash. Being in a vehicle I couldn't perceive any noise. After being in awe for a few minutes from what I had seen I noted the time as 21:40 CST so I would place the meteor event at approximately 21:38 CST. My workplace has north and west facing cameras and my employer hopes to retrieve the recordings from this time period.
